Thank you for shopping with Splendoorz.  We’re confident that you’ll love your purchase, but in the event that you aren’t 100% satisfied, we’re here to assist.  

You can always reach out to our customer support team at customerservice@splendoorz.com at any time and we’ll be sure to help.  The below Return and Refund policy will provide the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order.

How many days do I have to return or exchange an item?

All US and Canada orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 30 days of purchase.  All items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.  

Please contact our customer support team at customerservice@splendoorz.com and let them know which of the return/exchange options listed below you prefer.  Please be sure to include your name and order number i n your email.

Refunds: Request a full refund including the return shipping cost.

Exchange without New Purchase: You are welcome to send the item back and request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.  If you are exchanging for an item of greater value than the item returned, please include a note with your personal email so we can send an invoice.

Exchange with New Purchase: You are welcome to exchange by ordering a new item online and then send the item that is no longer wanted back for a full refund.  For this option you will need to include a copy of the new Invoice Number with the return.

What if I received a damaged or defective item? 

Please contact our support team at customerservice@splendoorz.com and we will take care of getting you a replacement right away.

If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange? 

After we receive notification your return has been shipped (via tracking), we will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an email when your exchange has been processed. 

If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?

After we receive your return, we will credit your original payment method.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank before it will appear on your bank, credit card, or other payment method statement. We will refund you 100% for all items that are returned including the return shipping cost.
